I found out the hard way with the cooling fans - and then burned my finger on the hot fuse end cap! Replacing the fuse with the American type (with spot welded element) solved the problem. Good luck with your problem. Make sure that the fuse clips are making firm contact - another potential problem area. David Johnson.
